Bunko Night
A bunch of girls in our ward started a bunko night once a month. Notice how Bunko sounds suspiciously like Bingo... I think I am officially part of an old lady group, but it's cool. This month's theme was "The Rockin' 80s" as you can see by the amazing mohawk.
That's some serious hairspray
The night got pretty wild

4 Years Later . . .
This week was our 4th anniversary! I can't believe we've been married that long! So I told Jeff that all I wanted for our anniversary was to do something outdoors and for him to plan it. We were planning on going camping but that didn't work because I was out of town all week for work and got in too late on Friday. Anyways when I got home Friday night he took me out to this super good restaurant called Crush 29 (the chocolate bomb is amazing!) and then suprised me and told me he set up a white water rafting trip for us on Saturday! If you know Jeff, he's not very good at keeping a secret or keeping anything a suprise so I was pretty impressed!
So anyway, Saturday we drove up to Auburn which is an old mining town about a half hour away and got on a bus to go to the river. I kind of started freaking out when we got there and they gave us helmets to wear and told us to save ourselves if we fell out! The rapids were class 3 and 4 and there was one class 5 that they actually made us get out of the boats and hike around because it was so gnarley! At certain points I was literally afraid for my life. There was some serious adrenaline rush going on. It ended up being such a fun trip though! Props to Jeff for a great anniversary!
Here's some pictures of the biggest rapid we rode called Tunnel Chute. These aren't actually pictures of us (our waterproof camera got ruined in the water - who would've thought) I found them online, but it is the same rapid we went down.
