Thanksgiving - We went to Merced with Jeff's family. It was soooo good to just chill for a couple of days, eat great homemade food, and hanging out with all our cute nieces and nephews!
Getting GEARED OUT!!! As Jeff would call it. He got into this outdoorsy kick a couple months ago and has been spending a lot of time at REI lately. He's constantly talking about backpacking in Yosemite (you know I'm always down to go), got himself a road bike, and last week I call him and he's in Reno buying a shotgun! What the heck? I've been super excited to ski in Tahoe, and been getting geared out with new ski clothes, and - happy birthday to me - a new mountain bike from my parents!
And of course we needed one of these to put all our gear in!

Wow! Sounds like you guys are having a blast! If you ever want to go backpacking in Yosemite just give me and Peter a call! We would love to go...granted we can afford to get out that way. heh
